Driver Motor DC 22000rpm problem

Hi all, help me please!

I have motor dc 12v 22000 rpm, i use it with driver motor. circuit of driver motor in use mosfet IRF540 N-channel and IRF9540 P-channel. I test my motor with give pulse PWM by mikrokontroler, that both mosfet is very hot. But if i give PWM with 255, that both mosfet is cool, not hot.

So can you help me, for my driver motor. How to make driver motor 12V 22000 rpm with mosfet IRF540 and IRF9540, with give pulse PWM, It's not hot?

No, I don't have a circuit for you.

However you have a circuit. And you tell us that the mosfets get hot.

So, show us the circuit you're using and we'll try to tell you what's wrong.
