Dip soldering

Hello guys,

Looking to get into Dip soldering to speed up production on some though hole PCB's and was wondering if anyone has any experience with the Chinese "CM" Solder pots?

Any alternative, recommendations, or words of wisdom very much welcome on the topic of solder baths and dip soldering!
