start. I changed the main starter fuse...".
There is too much involved for any reasonable explanation. Start by
verifying the voltage outputs of the power supply, and its distribution
through the set, to the vital areas to make it start up. Then verify the
performance of the scan generator, the HV circuits, and then scan circuits.
This is only the basic start.
Servicing TV sets is a specialized job requiring experience, the proper
tools, training, and service information. You would be best off having an
estimate done for your set. If the set is a low cost one, consideration of
replacement may be the best decision.
