Is it feasible to design and construct a DMM with Rotary switch or Dial replaced
functions with Push buttons ?.

Example :

110 V Ac - Push button
230 V Ac - Push button
300 V Ac - Push button

Prashant, your questions, I've had a look at some of your recent ones, are way too general and lack the detail necessary to give really useful answers.
The answers to many, if not most, of your questions you can find simply by looking what's on the market.

A lot of what you're asking for is feasible.
Is it meaningful? I have my doubts.
Is it realizable at tolerable cost? And what would be your financial limit?

pretty pointless and much more difficult to wire and use
just think, if it was a better way to go, push buttons would already be the main way used
