Did you ever have one of those days where you grabbed an AD8052 instead of an LMC6482 and wonder why the inputs were behaving really strangely?

That wasted about half a day.

The circuit in breadboarding uses one of each, and I was using the wrong one all day! Aaaagh!

Yup....wired in a complete 3 phase gen set with 4 x 4sq mm and earth only to find the white conductor was 1 sq mm sdi. ( easily mistaken)

It's amazing how problems resolve themselves when you're doing what you think you're doing.
