Device to dial out using a mobile?

Does such a thing exist, can anyone point to a UK supplier?

Similar to the SD1+ speech dialer but for mobiles rather than landlines.

There is such a thing if you don't want to dial a central station. Try going
to www.smshield.com. This will send a text message and dial a phone. You
will need a sim card to use it.
