Design of three stage 60 GHz Power Amplifier for use in 4G

Hello there,
Can anyone provide me with a three stage RF Power Amplifier circuit or any other details regarding the same. The power amplifier needs to work in the unlicensed band of 54 GHz to 60 GHz.
A schematic diagram would suffice.
Would be grateful.

I am no expert, but at those frequencies, I don't think a schematic is enough -- the physical layout is a critical.
