can any one help me to design and impliment class c radio frequency power amplifier circuit opearating at 100mhz?

When I need to design something that I have no idea about, I usually start by reading about it so that I do have some idea.

In your other post, you said you wanted a 100mhz amplifier, I presume that you need an amplifier running at 10^9 faster than this, i.e. 100MHz.

What power do you want?

Valves would be easier to use than transistors but are lethal.

In the US, the ARRL publish a handbook which gives details of amplifiers.
In the UK, the RSGB publish a handbook also.
Get one of these and study the cicuitry.

When is this project due? Did your instructor specify,.. transistor, vacuum tube, wattage, etc?
