Do you hear a motor whirring as you push the eject button?
Just open it up and have a look. Most likely you'll find a broken rubber drive belt.
Replace it with the same thickness & diameter. You'll find them for sale all over the net.
If you're lucky there could just be something stuck in the mechanism.
If you're unlucky it could be a broken plastic part.
