delta wye transformation equivalent resistor

Hi everybody
I want to calculate the equivalent resistor if we for example have resistors in delta form or in wye form . On the internet i only find how to calculate each value of resistor if we want to do the transformation . ut is there a possibility to know the R equi of the whole thing

Both have 3 leads.
