db25 to usb

I have an old music studio that used a skuzzy series(not printer port) zip drive connected to it to store the songs and data in. The deal is that the port is configured to make professional salable music CDs in stereo. There is alot of configurations that I have to go through to get ready to cut tracks onto a CD so I am using the zip drive for now.
Is there a way to connect an external hard drive up to the skuzzy port so it acts like an SKU drive? I mean the USB is a serial cable(I have an external USB hard drive that is powered by a wart).

Any comments would be great!!!

SCSI is rarely used these days.

But knowing what it actually is may help you Google for a solution

SCSI is a complicated communication protocol, its not like the rs232 that can be converted to usb and even that needs an active converter to be done.
