Seems that coffee, chocolate, butter, and Fritos are good for you.

And homemade banana-bran muffins with homemade strawberry butter...
what I'm munching on at this moment ;-)

Don't forget green tea and red wine.

Yeah, recent studies are showing chemicals
in red wine allow mice to live longer. Yet to be seen
if the same is for humans, but if the French are any
indication, with their butter/fat-rich diet, then it seems
possible.

The secret to eternal life has been revealed. It's unconditional
self-acceptance.

Good Luck!

That's called "The French Paradox," i.e. the idea that French folk
eat lots of butter, yet don't suffer our rate of heart disease.

Thoroughly debunked, last I checked. Turns out a) the slender French
don't eat nearly as much as hefty Americans gobble (i.e., many fewer
calories), b) the high butterfat diet is new, historically, and c) the
folks who have been eating the new diet for long enough are now getting
heart disease from it, same as we do.

Best,
James Arthur
