who invented the DALI system?

and who is producing, manufacturing and selling them, i am loooking for the
main company because i have made an invention for the system.

DALI is a protocol, so it wasn't exactly invented. The better question
is: which corporations support DALI, and how do advancements get adopted
into the protocol? I know that Trilux in Germany was an early
supporter. the Lighting Controls Association might have background info,
