Creating a joint model in simulink.

Hello,
I need to create a joint model in simulink to detect the change in resitances and other parameters for textiles during bending. Hence, I need to create a joint model which is fixed at one end, which can be bent and straightened in the middle with the help of a spring. I have posted the rough sketch of the model i need below. Any help is much appreciated.
