Hi could you identify this ic code

The photography isn't just good enough to determine the number only by looking at the text(and yes, I tested enhancing it in Gimp).

So this is what you should do:

• Try to take image from same angle, but better resolution, and instead of using blitz use an external light source from another angle. This may get the character to stand more visible to the background.
• Inform about what device this pcb are taken from.

It looks like wax.
Is it removeble, to see the text undeneath?

Sorry Best i could do with my phone.
It belongs to a digital weighter power supply that recives 6 volts from either an acid lead battery or a dc adapter and then distribute it to a lcd and a loadcell unit.

No, that is where the chip blew up, its a burn mark
