Connecting 1 audio input into 2 seperate amps

I have 2 seperate amplifiers with there own speakers. I want to to connect from the head phone socket on my laptop or my ipod into the amplifiers sothat I can have one set inside the other outside.

How do I connect one input fromthe sourceabove into2 seperate amplifiers.

Use a headphone splitter and two extension cables.
