Component Identification Help!!!

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to know what component this is. I salvaged it from an old AM pocket radio.
The writing says JET 56K.
The LED is just for size reference.

That's a coil/ choke/ inductor, probably 56uH.
Here's an example of what it looks like inside the sleeve.
