I have done the experiment. This is freshman engineering stuff. What you
are observing is reactive current. It is 90 degrees out of phase with the
voltage. This is clearly shown on the LTSpice simulation.
Power = Voltage x Current
and in this case is precisely zero unless you are using lossless components.
If you try to draw real power from it, it becomes real current, and quickly
drops. You cannot draw more power from this circuit than you put into it.
Less, actually because of real losses in the inductors, wires and capacitors.
Would it help you any if I told you that even Tesla understood this?
Make the prototype, create power from nothing and prove me wrong.
