Clear insulation tinned core wire

hi,

I am looking for silver coloured wire that has a clear insulation. Basically, it's for a school project where we are trying to make our own low voltage fairy lights using LEDs.

I want the wire to be as thin as possible.

Either None exists or my googling is proving fruitless.

Please can anyone suggest a suitable cable and supplier.

One solution is enameled wire. It's not silver though, it's copper colored because the wire is... copper.

Try kynar wire with clear insulation.

He is one source, probably relatively local to you.
