Charger regulator circuit for Li-Ion

I want to take some cell phone batteries that I have and make a power pack from them. However, I need a charger/regulator board for it. Where can I find one that can handle eight 1230mAh batteries in parallel? I would think it needs to be able to charge at 2A minimum or else it could take days to charge.The total capacity will be 9840mAh.

Does anyone have a reliable schematic or source for a board that can handle the job?

BTW: These are Blackberry JM1 lithium batteries.

Manufacturers of suitable charger ICs give the required schematics in their datasheets or application notes. You can find LI-Ion chargers galore on ebay and the other usual suspect marketplaces.

Note that no two batteries are the same. Connecting batteries in parallel can be done, but charging in parallel is not good for a long battery life. They will endure longer if you provide a means to charge them separately.

Another technique is using the batteres in series and using a step down regulator to provide the requisite voltage and high current to the load. For batteries in series there exist off-the-shelf charging solutions that emplya so called charge balancer circuit to evenly charge all batteries (e.g. this one).
