cellular telephone interface

Can anyone direct me to some cellular telephone interfacing devices. I have
a customer that would like to use a cell phone as a comm. device for an
alarm system because a land line is to far away.

I have a Telguard M-1630 in one of my secure mountain sites where I can't
get a phone line.
After you buy it there are no monthly charges.
except to your cell carrier. and on a government account it is bunched with
200 units.

I love mine I can call it at any time and get a static's.
