CCS with TL783

I like to use the TL783 as a constant current source for my tube amp project, the datasheet of the chip stated that the maximum voltage difference is 125V,I wonder if my supply voltage is 250,can the chip handle it?

Not if the chip has any chance of seeing more than 125V (abs. max. 150V) from input to output. When used as a current source (datasheet fig. 16), part of the 250V supply voltage will drop across the load. It depends on this voltage drop how high the voltage across the TL783 actually is, so it is up to you or your circuit, respectively.
