Casi Rusco Access Control

Hi, i have a problem with a Casi Rusco access system. The system is controlling 16 doors at present without any problem except for one door that is given trouble. I noticed that the reader led was green and the door unlocked. It was as if a command had been sent centrally to unlock the door, but this was not the case. I changed the reader to see if that would solve the problem but it did not. Then the following day the problem had disappeared and the door was back to normal. But today the same problem has surfaced again.

I'm thinking it might be a reader cable length issue. Is there a maximum distance.

Any idea's would be great. Thanks.

I am not familiar with the particular system.
Have you read up on the systems spec's for any distance limits?
going to the manufacturer www site and sending an email for tech support may yield results
