Car audio amp not powering on

Hey guys...i recently received a starsound ssa 2250 car amp.

The amp does not power on. No lights or protection lights go on.
Ive checked capacitors and they seem good.one needs replacement.but what ive found is that channel b has a short somewhere on all the legs on all the output transistors which i cant aeem to find the root cause. Channel a is fine. I removed a output transistor from the ocb on channel b but it tests fine.

Any ideas?

you didn't say if you checked the fuses ??

is there any damage on the PCB ? .... some sharp and well lit pics of both sides of the board mite help

If its a car amp then it needs 12v / Remote / ground

Check the amp to make sure there is no issue with the remote input
Make sure the amp is grounded properly on bare metal
make sure there are no Breaks or blown fuses

Have you checked the Solder joints Coming out of the 12v rem and ground inputs?

Hi.. Yes it has 12v and remote as i am powering it on via a 12v regulated power supply on my bench...when i connect power and remote the volts drop to around 6.8v after about 2 seconds..

There is no burnt tracks or any burnt component that i can see en solder joints look okay on power inputs though there is some flux on it.

Will see if i can send some photos

Oh and the fuses are working and replaced.

I hope the photos are okay as i only have my phone to take them

How many watts is the amp / Power supply?

how many volts are you pushing through the remote?

Hi guys. My bench supply pushes out about 13.4v to 14v at about 3 amp regulated.
Which i have on other amps as well to test....

But i got the amp working again..turns out two output transistors on the on channel is blown..so ill source replacements but for now its working.
The other problem is the remote turn on/off isnt working.
As soosn as i give it 12v and ground it switcehs on with or without the remote wire so it stays on and drains battery.

The remote on circuit i thinl is working coz it has a fan and led connected which turns on as soon as remote is connected and off when disconnected ..any ideas?
