Can't send gmail

I can receive and I have w-10 recovered and have signed in to Microsoft and added
google to account also yahoo. I cannot figure this out. Any ideas what else to try.
when resetting w-10 it didn't have only 3 programs running .Maybe there could be
a missing one for this.

Do you get any error messages when you try sending?
Have you checked your outgong SMTP server settings to make sure you're using the correct server?
