hi William, welcome :)

NB could be a BF599 or a FMMTA55R

I have those 2 listed for that code ... but with the same code often used for many different devices from different manufacturers, one can never be sure

in this case, those 2 choices are the most likely
A service manual would be the only way to tell for sure

Yes, that part matches up with common parts in the SHARP service guide that I have. Multiple points on the board with that part...

Now... WHERE TO BUY THIS PART ????

Thanks!

hence why I followed the comments with the proviso of same code for many part numbers

in this case those 2 I gave were no good

the Q419 transistor, a compound transistor = a digital transistor with 2 built in resistors and is NPN

the best data for the KRC102SRTK is this one .....
http://pdf.datasheetcatalog.com/datasheet/kec/KRC101_6S.pdf

and that datasheet even shows the correct SMD code NB

If Sharp cannot supply a replacement, it may be difficult to find one considering it's a specialist type
