Can I combine two 15v transformer outputs?

Hi,

I am looking at buying a cheap transformer from ebay that has 2 15v outputs.

Is it possible to combine these so I get ~30v?

This is for an array of LEDs, where there are 12 rows of LEDs and each row requires about 30v.

No problem. Put the secondary windings in series.
Just observe the phases of the two windings. If you connect them in the reverse direction you will get 0V.
