Can anybody suggest any good tool used to estimate power consumption for memory?

I am doing some project in ASIC design. This architecture includes
some memories. What do I need to do for it in order to estimate the
power consumption for these memory?

Can anybody suggest any good tool used to estimate power consumption
for memory?

In the industry, if I design one architecture that includes some
memories, what I need to do? Buy some memories from other vendors and
put all these memory outside of this architecture or embed the memory
designed by myself into the architecture?In SoC, the memory is
embedded in the same chip, right?

I feel confused on memory stuff. Help me please.
