Calculation of EMF by Rotating magnetic field

Hi guys,
I am doing this project in which i am trying to use maglev technology to create electricity. So i am stuck with a problem.. How can i calculate the emf of a rotating magnetic field? And what is the most efficient way from which the magnetic induction can take place in the most efficient way possible...

Can you tell us a bit more about the project. Do you have any drawings of what you are doing. Is this using a generator of some kind... tell us more please.
