Calculating thermal/heat dissipation for enclosure

Hello there,

My enclosure has Arduino Mega, 4 channel relay (5V), 5V power supply. I have calculated power dissipation for power supply.

Can someone advice me on how to calculate how much Arduino board and relay generates heat?

What is the total power consumption?

THAT is the 'power' it is generating.....

The power dissipation of a power supply is not a constant, or even a constant percentage; it varies with the load current it is supplying. How did you calculate it without knowing the details of the combined load?
