Hi,
I'm in Brisbane Australia. Currently we some decent government grants
such that a 1.5kw solar system costs around $3000AUD.
I've just been observing my roof recently. It is facing west north west
(be aware, souther hemisphere so north is ideal), gets sun from about
10:30/11:00 - 4:00/4:30, this is during our winter.
However, I've noted that parts of the roof are shaded a bit from some
large gum trees up until about 1pm.
I'm wondering if there is anyway (or the best way) of determining how
much electricity I will actually be able to produce to figure out how
financially viable it is for me.
Thanks
Lionel.
