CAD software for simple illumination calculus

Hello Group,

Seeking in archive finished without any results...

I need to draw 3D object and check the illumination inside with chosen
halogen bulbs. Could You possibly advise me which CAD software can I
use for free (demo version can be if it is fully usable).
