Another Grab Bag find... roughly 200 of these diodes, marked "1.5KE30CA 0631". An internet search revealed these to be Transient Voltage Suppression Diodes, 1500 Watt, 25.6V, bi-directional. As with the other lots, you can take a few or take them all for $1 over the cost of shipping. I'm sure someone can use them... I'm just not that guy.
