Anyone know where I might find schematic and general repair info ( like
SAMS) for a broksonic CTSG-9369CTT TV/VCR combo?

Sorry Mate, Brocksonic and Apex are orphan manufacturers that fail to give
decent schematics, operational manuals, or replacement parts. They are
bottom level products. Many of the retailers return these products to their
vendors if they fail during the original warrenty or are covered by an
extended service contract. Unless the fault is very obvious, using a generic
replacment component, you may just be out of luck.
