I am a new member and need help my bmw dvb-t2 tuner has a fault on the ptv board there is a short circuit and you can see it sparking can tell me what the component is and is it available and what does it do

I think it is an LED and it or its resistor is intermittent.

hear is a larger photo the component on the right has a short see photo and you can see it sparking and it should look like the one on the left so what is this component
