Please help
I accidentally (ok stupidly
) plugged a 120V rated rocketfish wireless speaker kit (model RF-WHTIB) into a 220V socket
I really did not expect it to not be dual voltage capable.
I opened up the unit and noticed that the MOV was blown.
I have 2 noob questions
1. Are the other components saved? No visual evidence of damage noted (see pics below)
2. How do I identify the correct MOV to replace? The side with the printed info is what got toasted and i cannot see any specs.
PS I am no electronics expert...I just figured out what MOV was doing a google search!
