I'm working on an RCA television 30 some inch . It had the chirping thing going on. It had popped the MOV. I replaced the flyback, HOT and another transistor , the MOV also. When I turn it on I get brief illumination at the corners of the screen and then it goes into shut down. I still have something shorted out I believe. Does any one have experience with this problem and know the trail of parts to be replaced ? Thanks

Sorry, no experience with this problem. Triple check your wiring, don't just assume it's right, ....sounds like something just didn't get put back in correctly (be SURE to check the polarity of that transistor you put in also).
