Best Power FerrUPS

I have an older Best 3 kva Ferrups that isn't working, and wonder i
anybody here has experience trouble shooting them? I get no alarm LED
but it won't self test and go -ready-. If anyone might have a schmati
or service manual, that would be great. It's a model FER4.

If the batteries are below a performance level in that UPS type, it may not
start, or give any indication of operation. There are a number of models
that do that effect. You should try another set of batteries, or the
equivalent to the originals to test it.

As for service information and parts, the manufacture will not support non
authorized servicers. They will tell you to send them the unit for proper
service.
