Best Hall effect sensor for ignition?

Hi, I want to ask u if u knew about good hall effect sensor for ignition. 240hz max, about 14000rpm. Its for two stroke engine. Ideally if it could run with this circuit. I want to use it on pin 4 of ne555

I use the KY-003 modules from Ebay or where ever...... hall effect is the 3144.
Module has the convienience of pullup resistor and indicator LED already installed.
Essentially treat the output as open collector.
If that does not suit your application, easy enough to add a small transistor or mosfet to the signal line.
