What is the best amplifier type for huge power amplification and has ability to amplify PURE SINE without DISTORSIONS at the output, what I must use for higher voltages?
Most high power audio amplifiers use power transistors in a class-AB circuit. A few high power class-D amplifiers are good.
Most high power radio frequency amplifiers use old vacuum tubes.
There are some power transistors made for fairly high voltages.
