I am looking for this banana test connector, does anyone know where to find this?

Mueller, Pomona and EZHook are the brands that come to mind. What you've pictured is not complete. There would be some kind of plastic handle covering the left end of the post.

Yep, lots of manufacturers for that type of connector.
You'll have your choice in lead wrap-around like the one you pictured, or lead insert into the base, screw insert lock-down, and others. My advice is to look at what's available and choose what best suits your needs. I will also mention that there is a standard size, and others that have different diameters and depths, so make sure you get the right one for the banana jack that you intend to insert the plug into.

You could try hardware stores like Lowes or Home Depot. Also, places like Best Buy and places that sell audio and home theater gear may have them. Or you could just go to Amazon.
