This single chip can only be a quartz oscillator.
There are 100MHz Xtal osc available.
10ps rms jitter should be no problem for a quartz based oscillator.
You need -80dBc/rtHz@10Hz, -100dBc/rtHz@1kHz.. -100dBc/rtHz@100kHz
I came across a 500MHz quartz-based oscillator a few years ago, and
got a quote for a couple - at about $100 each. The project got canned
before I could order the parts, but the claimed jitter was around
1psec.
If I've read Doug Dwyer's comments correctly, this would have used a
locally thinned quartz crystal as its resonator.
There are some SAW resonators around with higher fundamental
frequencies, but they weren't avaialable in small quantities back when
I was looking.
