I'm not very familiar with (Win)TPC but without explaining a bit more
detailed I can't even imagine what kind of help you need.
Are you using a modem or MPI? With the first one you have installed the
RD620x? Is it properly configured (by the main panel keypad)?
Which software version do you use?
Sorry, but more questions than answers.
