Arduinos combined to be a gift?

You know uh, several days later is the date of my wife's birthday. An idea is formed in my mind that i can combine the arduinos to make a gift. I have watched some videos on youtube and the arduino in that case is able to sing 'happy birthday' song. And some of them will display ' i love you' fonts on the LED screen.
Now i have no choice of choosing the components. Guys, any idea from these sites below?
