family number M3705, similar to M2935
problem is that b+ regulator (frequency regulated) is not working, and
b+ voltage from psu ends it's trip on irf9430 never reaching LOPT
b+ from psu is 200V - don't know if correct, gate-source voltage=0V,
before decoupling capicator on gate there is sinusoid (aprox 100khz)
i know that euras has some tips for the other model, maybe someone could
check
