Hello forum. I have an injector driver circuit that I have been working on building for a while now. It's for an alternative fuels project I'm involved in. The circuit is working well(thanks to the help of this forum) however the injectors overheat after prolonged use. I'm looking to ad this IC so it can handle the peak and hold operation that should keep the injectors running much cooler. Anyone have any experience with this IC? I have read the data sheet but I have not been able to get it working correctly. I'm trying to get it to do the 4:1 peak and hold. The data sheet makes it look easy but I'm obviously missing something.
