I have designed a little graphics processing unit to generate an NTSC signal; however, when I tested it to try and produce a white screen, this is what I got (see attachment).
I was wondering if anyone here was familiar with NTSC and could see what's wrong with my signal. It is a fairly rough signal, but I thought it was good enough to produce a white screen. To me, it looks like my back porch is too long or my h-sync isn't working right (which would result in the white line being moved over slightly each time...)
Also, instead of going to 0V on a sync, my circuit goes to no connection... is that a problem? If so, I'm going to need a little help modifying the end of my circuit.
Please ask if you need more details and such. Hopefully somebody can look at this screen and see what's wrong with my signal...
Edit: I have a short video of it if that would help... It's pretty boring. It's fairly stable.
