Looking forward to your early reply. Tks :)

I read Australia radiofrequency allocations chart, but failed to find what is suitable for civil use.

what is your definition of civil use ?
amateur radio could be considered civil use and we have frequency bands right across the spectrum

you are still being extremely vague

I think the simple answer is that in Australia there are no "free for all" frequency bands.

oh, except for 0 Hz. Radio broadcasting using a DC carrier is fine. However the half wave dipole antenna is inconveniently large.

I'm not sure what bands are reserved for pure military use. Everything else, by elimination must be available for civilian use.

Are you perhaps after the frequency bands that can be used without a license, or predators the bands which can be used by licensed individuals (as opposed to organizations)?

Or are you after bands which allow licensed operators to use transmitting equipment without a need for that equipment to be either individual or "type" approved?
