Analogic AN3100 DC standard schematic?

I have an Analogic model AN 3100 DC voltage standard that needs repair. I
contacted Analogic but they could not provide any information or manuals for
this "OLD" equipment. So I am looking for a copy of the schematic for this
unit. Can anyone help me to find this schematic?
