Job description
Qualification: B E/ B Tech in Electronics and / or M Tech/ M E in VLSI
(preferred)
Must: Thorough understanding and hands on experience of analog
circuits
Must have very strong knowledge of MOS Device Physics and Analog
Circuits
Good working knowledge in Cadence Tools.
EXPERIENCE (chip design)
Design Engineer: 2+ Years
Senior Design Engineer: 3 to 4 Years
Project Lead: 5+ Years
TOOLS
Should have experience in using the tools as below:-
1) Spectre
2) Verilog A
3) Composer
4) Analog Design Environment
5) Ocean scripting
6) Knowledge and usage experience of parallel tool flows is also
a plus point
JOB Description
Ø Designing of high performance CMOS Analog and Mixed Signal
Circuits ranging from Modules to Full Chip Level. Help in Technical
Mentoring of circuit and layout teams and / or participating in the
design as a key player.
Ø Design of circuits like PLL and Interpolator, Anti Aliasing
Filter (AAF), An Variable Gain Amplifier (VGA) and / or other analog
Integrated circuits and other Analog sub blocks like Operational
amplifiers, Comparators, Oscillators, Voltage and Current Reference
circuits etc.
Ø Generate analog module specifications, design at transistor
level and integrate into full chip in system and circuit schematics.
Ø To meet clients' needs and satisfaction by extending full
design support and cutting-edge design services to the clients.
Ø To participate and co-operate with team members and / or
Project leads to ensure timely completion of projects.
Ø Occasional Travel may be required.
Ø Need to use analytical and problem solving skills to ensure
that your designs are most competitive in the industry.
